Our Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu Foundations Classes Are Designed With Beginners in Mind. That Said, Our Coaches Can Scale Any Class for New Members So Don't Let That Stop You From Jumping In.
What Gear / Equipment do I need?
Nothing on Day One. We Can Lend You Gloves, Shin Guards, and a Gi to Get Started. After Your First Few Classes, Speak With a Coach About What Gear Makes Sense for You. We Also Sell Training Equipment Upon Request.
