A short, beginner-friendly session designed to get you on the mats for the first time.
You’ll meet the coach, tour the gym, try on a uniform, and learn basic Jiu-Jitsu movements and positions.
Class runs 30 minutes | Warm-up | Intro techniques | Light partner drills.
No experience needed. No special gear required. The perfect first step into Jiu-Jitsu.
ALL LEVELS JIU-JITSU

We drill the week’s techniques or focus on a position, skill, or strategy brought in by the group.
